Privacy Policy

AROYA respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use aroyawellness.com, why we collect it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account & order details: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order history and, if you choose to share it, your Snapchat/Instagram username.
• Streak programme: screenshots you upload as proof for streak rewards.
• Messages & sign-ups: anything you send through our contact form, newsletter sign-up or "Notify Me" launch list.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and login times, used for security and to keep the site running. Your cart and streak progress are stored in your own browser (local storage).

How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders, send order updates and provide customer support.
• To run the streak and coupon programmes and prevent misuse.
• To send you product launches or offers if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us.
• To keep the website secure and improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with trusted service providers: courier partners (to deliver your parcel), payment processors (to take online payments — we never see or store your card details) and email or hosting providers. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Payments

Online payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Card, UPI and netbanking details are entered on the gateway's secure page and are not stored on our servers.

Data retention & security

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal requirements. Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements) or to stop marketing emails by contacting Aroyawellness@gmail.com.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and browser local storage to remember your cart. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page.
