Shipping, Cancellation & Returns

Delivery

• We deliver across India. Orders are packed fresh at our family farm and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your PIN code. You will receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp once your order ships.
• Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies. Any coupon that offers free shipping is applied at checkout.
• Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Payment

• You can pay online (UPI, cards, netbanking) or choose Cash on Delivery where available.
• Online-payment orders are confirmed once the payment is received. If your payment is pending, we will contact you with secure payment details.

Cancellation

• You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp (+91 6360593363) or emailing Aroyawellness@gmail.com with your order number.
• Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled; please refuse delivery or contact us for help.
• If you paid online and your order is cancelled, the amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Returns & Replacements

AROYA herbal infusions are food products, so for hygiene and safety we cannot accept returns of opened or used packs. We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

• the parcel arrives damaged or tampered with,
• you receive the wrong product or a missing item, or
• the product is defective or past its best-before date.

To raise a claim, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short unboxing video of the parcel and product. After verification we will send a replacement or refund the amount to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
